Renaming File Locks COO

I've installed 4.2/Suse 9.3 and DWMX 6.0.

When I rename a file in DW the update box pops-up but cant click update or any other button.

COO is locked.

Haven't tried the 6.1 download yet listed in the forum. Perhaps this is a DW 6.0 > 6.1 issue since I don't find any reference to this issue in the Known Issues, this forum or in a web search.
