Window trails left behind

Dreamweaver MX installs perfectly on Crossover Office 4 and Mandrake 10.1 however the following happens.

When previewing a webpage the browser windows opens over the top of dreamweaver and when you move the browser window trails of the window are left behind and will not go away.
Also when you try to close the browser window it does not close.

This is a such a shame becuase if dreamweaver was just that little bit faster and did not have these little bugs it would allow me to ditch windows today.

Possibly a video issue? I remember on my old box which had a 4 meg ATI card I had some graphic issues. There weren't trails like you describe, but there were artifacts showing up on the screen at various places, especially when resizing windows. My new box has a 128 meg card, and isn't showing as many of those issues, but there are still a few. I generally find scrolling up and down, or clicking on the <body> tag in the hierarchical list of tags at the bottom of the window fixes it. I was also using Crossover 3.1 at the time, so the issues I experienced may also have been related to that version and Crossover only.

Another thing to try is to make sure you have the latest version of Dreamweaver MX. There is an updated for MX which takes you to version 6.1, and that fixes some issues with the program.
