I found this post in the support site, hope it helps:

I have successully gotten Dreamweaver MX to work on my
computer. It installed without a single problem. The
only issue was that after it installed I was getting
an error that looked something like 'can't find the
resource file in the configuration folder'. I looked
all over the internet for an answer to this and found
nothing of use.
lol, turns out it was just some missing slashed ('/')
in the menu entry. Here is what it put for the menu
link:
/home/cwwoodsy/Programs/cxoffice/bin/wine --workdir
"C:Program FilesMacromediaDreamweaver MX" "C:/Program
Files/Macromedia/Dreamweaver MX/Dreamweaver.exe" --
As you can see, for some reason there are no slashes
in the --workdir path. Here is what it should look
like:
/home/cwwoodsy/Programs/cxoffice/bin/wine --workdir
"C:/Program Files/Macromedia/Dreamweaver MX"
"C:/Program Files/Macromedia/Dreamweaver
MX/Dreamweaver.exe" --
Once I made this change Dreamweaver started up and
worked great! The only problem I have is with the
sitemap... but that really doesn't matter, since I
have a dual boot and will install it on Windows and
copy the sitemap files from there (hopefully I can at
least view the sitemap once the files are copied).
On a side note, Macromedia Flash MX worked beautifully
the first time I ran it as well (couple of minor
problems like fonts, but overall pretty good).
Hope this is useful to somebody!
