Strange keyboard issue

Hello,
I have experienced a strange issue on Dreamweaver MX. I am using version 4.0 of CrossOver Office Standard and if I open any other application when DW is open the arrow keys and all the other "special" keys (delete, insert etc) do not work anymore. I can place the cursor with the mouse only. As soon as I close the other application the keyboard starts working properly again.

Has anybody a fix for this?

I forgot to mention that it happens only with Gnome. With KDE everything works.
