Adobe has now issued a license for Dreamweaver MX 4 for public since its been discontinued and can no longer be activated.
The license they provided, replaces the legal one you have, because they no longer activate or support this product.

Dreamweaver MX WIN DWD700-56626-60325-58074

This was provided by Adobe under discontinued products. This license does not require activation, and when I tried it saids educational use.
