Manual Install AddIns.xml

I have installed via the manual method ie:
Extract
ep1_campaign.rar
ep1_core.rar
ep1_en.rar
ep1_vo_en.rar

Instead of manually editing AddIns.xml I ran the command after I copied the DAO_UpdateAddinsXml.exe from the install cd to the C: drive
"C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\BioWare\\saferun.exe" "C:\\DAO_UpdateAddinsXml.exe" /addins="BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Settings\\addins.xml" /manifest="C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\addins\\dao_prc_ep_1\\manifest.xml"

I wonder if this would fix any of the issues people are having with missing content.
