Problems with Directory Opus 9 and 10

Directory Opus 9 fails to install:
Bug 13569 - Directory Opus: Installer hangs near the end of file copy procedure

Directory Opus 10 locks up and crashes soon after starting which makes it unusable:

This is why the CrossTie currently installs Directory Opus 8.
