Diamond 3.0pre

Diamond 3.0pre installs fine (after the installation of IE 6).
When started, everything looks ok. But almost all tasks I tried out either stall the program (e.g. file open) or crash it (new structure). Using it as browser (access of Diamond's homepage) works though.
