Just started playing around with D4 on my Studio today.
I saw this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SbTo6aB2DEg which seems comparable in specs to mine, albeit a MacBook Pro.
It seems to have mostly 60 FPS at 1080p pretty constant, rarely dropping, whereas that's not the case for me on High settings.
I also don't see much of a performance impact from running at 1080p vs my native 3008x1692.
Curious what experience others have?
I found an announcement that I needed to turn on 'MSync' if using 'D3DMetal' - this seemed to yield a big improvement.
At 1080p/1440p, I'd mostly be at 60 fps while at my preferred resolution, it'd be like 45-50 consistently.
Then all of a sudden (don't think that I changed anything), 1440p mostly caps at 40 fps... and sometimes I just have no sound in-game.
Very odd.
Been experimenting more with this... it doesn't seem to matter how I tweak the resolution or D4 internal settings, it's pretty much capped at 40 FPS. Even if I set it to Ultra
