Diablo 4 issue with Tethering

Crossover Version 23.7.1 (23.7.1.36573)
Diablo IV 1.3.2.49764

Installation and running of Diablo IV works just fine and smooth while being connected to WiFi.
However, when I'm contacted to a (5G) Mobile Device (> 40 Bit) via tethering start up of Battle.net is painfully slow and ends in a critical battle.net.exe error.

Anyone else experience that issue?
