After the newsletter I just installed Diablo IV (Steam) in a new bottle. When starting the game in Steam I get the error "Windows 10 (Version 1909)" required. In the wine Settings is Win 10 selected. What can I do?

Hi there,
Please search for and install "Diablo IV" in CrossOver - that has the Windows version set correctly.
Best,
Meredith
That is exactly what I did but It's not working. Any idea how to fix that?
It would appear to be the same issue launching Diablo IV via Battlenet. I get the "You need at least Windows 10 (version 1909)" message.

Open your crossover->choose your bottle->Run with command->browse->windows folder->choose regedit.exe-> and run
After regedit run find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion.
-> change CurrentBuild to 19042
-> change CurrentBuildNumber to 19042
->turnoff everything and quit crossover. Reopen it and game will run

That's exactly what our CrossTie does. If you search for "Diablo IV" and install that way (rather than installing by searching for "Steam" or "Battle.net", the Windows version shouldn't be an issue.
Best,
Meredith
Can't get anything to run with D3D... Do you have to install the toolkit for it to function? (M1 Max)
I installed Diablo 4 using the crossover launcher (a new windows 10 bottle was created), but i'm getting the same "OS version" message.
@Meredith
Our Crosstie change it to 18363 not 19042. Probably they updated the requirements recently. I'll make the change in the Crosstie
Thiago, the crosstie is live
Can you give it a try?
