What are the best settings for performance on an M1 Pro macbook pro on Diablo 4?

Ok I have a 16" M1 Pro macbook pro w/16Gb,
To get the best performance what are the best settings for the bottle in crossover 23 to balance frame rate and image quality?

Do I keep DXVK on or off, what about Eysnc and High resolution?

Using Crossover 23.5, I'm using D3DMetal and Sync with no issues. I'm on high settings but have it set to Performance in Diablo IV. Not sure what the actual framerate is, but it runs well.
