ATI Issues

Anything we can do to help out with the ATI graphics glitching troubleshooting? I auth fine, and gameplay is smooth minus the white splaches and throbbing red trees.

As for red trees and bright red glitches in general: try to turn off Catalyst A.I. and turn off anisotropic filtering forcing from driver control panel.

Forcing ANISO level to anything other than 1 (or turning on texture sharpening) leads to bright red glitches to appear even for nVIDIA cards, so ATI might be affected as well.

FWIW, I'm also having the same problem. Big white polygons overlay the game-portion of the screen (the HUD isn't drawn over). The white overlay comes, and differs in shape depending on where on the map the player is.

Any ideas?

We have new builds up which we believe fix the 'big white polygons on ATI' issue. Download again & tell us how it works!

No more red trees, but I still see the white polygons. These change as to where I am on the map, and sometimes the screen looks like it is inversing the colors. At certain places there are no glitches and everything looks and runs perfectly. I am using a Radeon HD 6800 on Xubuntu 12.04. amdcccle reports 8.96.7-120312a-135598C-ATI as the driver version.

Hello,

I download the crossover demo version for linux the 5/17/2012 and I got the 'big white polygons on ATI' issue.

How to get the new release with the bug fix ?

Should I just re-download the demo ?

Thx

Edit : I just saw the topic with the link. I will try it tonight !

We've just released CrossOver 11.1 which includes the fixes for ATI users. If you have not already, please access CrossOver 11.1 from your My Downloads page.

I tried with the build released on 5/18/2012 and it works fine now !

Thx !
