I would like to move a diablo2 save file from another computer on to mine. In windows, I was just able to paste the file into the diablo2 folder under program files, however I can't find where crossover is saving the data. Any ideas?

/home/{USERNAME}/.cxoffice[ or .cxgames]/{BOTTLENAME}/drive_c/Program Files/....
drive_c/ is c:\ so starting from there drill down to the folder you installed diablo in. In that folder there is a sub-folder "save" containing your savegames.
That's for Linux. If you are using Mac OS replace /home/{USERNAME}/ by the storage place of your user's folder. Don't know the fs layout of Mac OS. Maybe /users/{USERNAME} or similsr as far as i remember.
cheers!
On the Mac, a bottle's virtual drive C: is at:
/Users/(username)/Library/Application Support/CrossOver Games/Bottles/(bottle name)/drive_c
