I have the new fangled digital download installer from Blizzards website. I can get all the way to the End User License agreement page but when I scroll all the way to the bottom of the page the "Agree" button never highlights like it is supposed to.
I've tested with both CrossOver Pro & Games... Same issue. I'm in the Brand new MacBook Pro, Nvidia driver hell bucket. Plus playing it in Windows would be stupid for just one application. Any help would be appreciated.
My apologies for the late response to this. Have you been able to get up and running? If not, have you attempted to use the 'Page Down' button to trigger the 'Agree' button? Can you file a support ticket and reference bug number 4399 in the ticket body?

I am having the exact same problem. Can't choose "Agree" even after scrolling all the way down. Would be nice to be able to install this
I hate to be pushy (I know you guys put so much work into this program! Thank you so much!), but I know this topic has been open for awhile and would like to work on getting it fixed. Currently there is no way to install the digital version.
Has anyone had any luck here? Devs, and suggestions?

If you're a customer, you can open a support ticket which will receive more prompt attention. However, keep in mind that Diablo II is not one of our supported games, so there are no guarantees.

I have the same problem, after some days i find a posible solution, i have a macbook, first i install diablo 2 + LOD with wine (or in a windows), after a copy de folder C:\Diablo II to /User/...../Bottle/bottleName/drive_c/windows/ (in crossover), them i open crossover and open the file "Diablo II" with a bottle crated before, then a i can play Diablo 2 lord of destruccion offline and online, this no is THE SOLUTION but is a small solution,
TO Caron and Ken: with this solution i can't play in panoramic mode :(, congratulations for crossover is a very good program
