Diablo 2 LOD loads, but screen is a flickering mess

Hi,

LOD loads but the screen is a flickering crazy mess! this is having upgraded to Codeweaver 11.2.2 (11.2.2.26246) and on OSX 10.8.2

Running on a imac 2.66 GHZ intel core duo 6gb ram, ATI radeon hd2600 pro 256mb graphics.

Is it possible to get it running as normal?
