dev C++ 4.9.9.1 on CX 4.1

Dev c++ installed ok as did WxWidgets but no menus on the dev C++ main form (they are there but are non functioning).
I re-installed but without code completion being setup , this time I got menus.(not sure if the 2 are actually linked but I got a quicker install)

Tested a GUI project with WxWidgets and got a pipe error and compilation failed.
