Don't ctrl-tab out while loading a save (and one other bug)

It works fine in OpenGL mode on Crossover Games 7.2.0 with only two major bugs. The first is the graphics get messed up if you ctrl-tab out of the game to another desktop while loading a saved game. The second is that if you ctrl-tab out (at any time), some keyboard keys will stop working until you bring up the load/save/restart/etc menu by pressing escape.
