no sound in DX:HR directors cut

I just installed the game into an existing Steam bottle and it seems to run almost perfectly except for having no sound. I checked with other games (Steam and non Steam ones), after all, I only installed CrossOver 14 Yesterday, but those games work fine and sound plays so the problem seems restricted to this game.

MacPro 3,1, 10.8.5, CrossOver 14.0.3...hmmm...anything else needed?

Any ideas?
