Cube World Successfully installed, but "encounters a serious problem" at launch every time.

I installed Cube World via its standard installer from Picroma in Crossover earlier today. However at launch it ALWAYS encounters a serious problem. I have not seen any other forum posts about this nor anything about this in tips and tricks. Any advice? I have bootcamp and have tried playing the game in natural windows, however it runs too slowly to be able to play. This is why I've resorted to crossover.
