crossover compatibility with "crossword compiler 5.1" and mac os 10.5

hello. i just installed crossover so i could use the only windows application i have, crossword compiler 5.1. everything works fine EXCEPT that the scrolldown FILE menu has disappeared. only the commands with a keyboard shortcut are available. has anyone else encountered this problem?
