Crossover 12 - Installs but fails to connect to processor

Toolbox v 2.34.069
Installation completes with some libraries failing to register.
Using any of the tools results in failure "VtpCOMServer has encountered a serious error".

After installing the remaining Crestron suite, Toolbox no longer runs at all.
