Is there anyway I can minimize Counter-strike while playing? I tried CMD+M and it wont works
the thing is I ofthen listen to music or chat while playing so a way to minimize the counter-strike screen would b great, anyone?

Not exactly, no. You have a couple of options. CrossOver has an option to "Restore From Full-screen" (Command-Option-Shift-R), which will get you out of full-screen mode. However, there's currently no way to go back into full-screen mode. It works in a pinch, though.
The other option is to run Counter-Strike in a virtual desktop window. In the Manage Bottles window, you can launch the winecfg control panel for the bottle with Counter-Strike in it. On winecfg's Graphics tab, there's a checkbox to enable emulation of a virtual desktop in a window, and you can set the window's initial size. After you OK winecfg, any programs you launch in that bottle will live in a virtual desktop window.
