Counter-Strike Forum

I've re-installed CSCZ and along with it Steam. Every time I try to long onto Steam I get the error message "Error: Could not connect to Steam Network". I'm not sure why I get this error when I was able to get on steam and play last night; however, because Steam was running slow and I had some issues every time I tried to minimize (last night) I figured I would just re-install all of CSCZ. So now, I've re-installed the software like 3 times and I can't get Steam to connect.
Any ideas or suggestions?

It is possible that your local steam server is down. If that is the case it should fix itself automatically within a few hours. Otherwise, see if there are firewall issues. I don't think the firewall causes trouble since it worked yesterday, but it is always worth a check.
