Error screen

An error screen showed up after I change the video setting to 800*600 window mode (openGL) and restarted the game. Now I cannot even get back to the game to change the setting.

There is no sound in the game, and it's extremely laggy, not the network, but the video. the latency for network is only 50ish.

Turion64 ML 30 at 1.6GHz
Radeon Express X200
2GB ram

I can run the game smoothly under windows xp and vista.
