Doesn't changing the sensitivity in the game work? Or is there something I (a casual cs player) do not know? Changing the sensitivity always gave me satisfying results.
Look for an application called Steermouse... that should fix the problem.
Hey, I know it's a old post but maybe some other people got the same probleme so ...
To fix that, just right click on the Games Counterstrike in your gameslist > Propriety > Launch Option
and type
-console -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd
that should fix the problem.
ps: -console is to activate the console when you launch the game like that you can join the console by clicking on ESC
