Does not launch anymore

Recently CS:S and TF2 will crash during the splash screen (with an image depicting a bald man.) It's been just over a month, I think. Re-installation does not help.

Check out http://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/browse/name/?app_id=3379;tips=1 under the TF2 Keeps Crashing and try that workaround and see if it helps.
