Counter Strike Source can't not connect to server and can't create a server

After it installed, I can't connect to any internet server, when I searching for a server, it refresh with a ton of free server but when I connect to it, it's tell me that Server not respond
I've tried to creat a server then it's freeze with loading resources message.
How to fix it?
I'm using Ubuntu 11.4 on Acer 4736
