hello i recently bought a Microsoft LifeChat ZX-6000 (wireless) and set it up and everything was working fine for teamfortess2 etc.. and when i go to test my microphone in CS:S settings i speak into it and the bars dont move at all? anyone know how to fix this problem? Help would be much appriciated!
Hmm. I would expect it to work equally well in both games. You might try changing the audio quality setting in the game.
Also, what platform are you on, Mac or Linux? If Linux, which audio driver are you using (OSS, ALSA, PulseAudio, etc.)?
