Ok so today i get back from work and try to play css on the only level that worked, my trusty cs_office....and now it goes through the motions until the game is supposed to start (after sending game info to server) but instead of the game it just crashes out and disappears, no error, just ...gone. Please god someone help me set this up so i can play this damn game.
What kind of Mac do you have? What launch options are you using? What video settings are you using -- in particular, have you experimented with them to see if you can avoid the crash?
Are you starting your own server, or connecting to somebody else's? Have you tried connecting to one you create? Does it still crash? If you're connecting to another server, has the owner of that server changed their configuration recently?
I had this same issue. It was working one day then nothing. Same crashing effect. I don't think I changed any of the settings.
