I'm running css on my macbook 2ghz, 2gig ram, and whenever I play it shows several squares on the right half of the screen showing parts of random images from the map I'm playing on. I'm pretty lost since it just started doing this last week and I've made no changes on my mac. I tried reinsalling css and crossover but it had no change.

I haven't heard of this problem before. Have you installed any Apple software updates? It sounds like a bug in the video driver.
umm the apple update software runs weekly but I don't remember it installing anything relating to the video drivers or such.
You can check by looking in /Library/Logs/Software Update.log.
I checked there just now, there anr't any updates relating to the video driver
