Okay, i've installed css and it run just fine, but i ran into another problem. How to open the consol? And other things like Shift-tab (your friends appear so you can chat or join their game). How to open these?

i don't think that you can use consol, and you definitely can't use the in-game community (shift-tab)
You enable it under advanced options, I believe under keyboard. After that you can access it by pressing the ~ key.
This is how I do it:
After installing STEAM
You download CS or any other Source-Powered Game
When it's downloaded and installed you go to MY GAMES tab
To get the CONSOLE to work you simply RIGHT CLICK on the name of the SOURCE game and choose PROPERTIES.
on the GENERAL TAB you'll find a button that says SET LAUNCH OPTIONS.
Click it and write: "-console"
without the ""
Hit OK button and you're done!
The next time you launch the game the console will be visible.
The set any key you'd like to bring up the console(I use F9 as my console key) You'll have to write without the "": "Bind F9 toggleconsole"
After you hit enter you may try out your new console key.
Now you may( if you so like to) remove -console from the launch options. The key you bound to toggle the console will still be, until you change it.

by the way,I believe that I have used the game overlay (SHIFT+TAB) several times in several games. My memory isn't all that good thou, I might be wrong.
