not working on Debian 64bit (multiarch enabled and fglrx installed)

I use this installer ia32-crossover_11.3.1-1_amd64.deb and now I'm downloading the crossover12.

Counter Strike 1.6 installation was perfect, but it cannot run. At first, the crossover installer says that my system "Missing libGL 32-bit library" but

aragorn@aragorn-1215b ~ $ sudo apt-get install ia32-libs fglrx-glx-ia32
[sudo] password for aragorn:

ia32-libs is already the newest version.
fglrx-glx-ia32 is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 92 not upgraded.
aragorn@aragorn-1215b ~ $

and after its installed, it wont start, asking for msvbvm60.dll (and I got that from my windows installation, copied to /home/aragorn/.cxoffice/Counter-Strike/drive_c/windows/system32/ )

After that, I try to run CS again, and it show the splash screen, but followed by "error initializing gl driver, check for opengl32.dll ) and I can tell you that I do have that file, located on /home/aragorn/.cxoffice/Counter-Strike/drive_c/windows/system32/
