In CrossOver 16 this is not available in the built-in database for install, but it is listed online.
This needs to be fixed.

You should create the bottle ahead of time and install Internet Explorer 7 first.

Also, the cd autorun cannot be used to install it.
You have to manually select the setup.exe from the cd.

If I have more issues I will outline them.
