The GOG.com version (a bundle of the original campaign, "Behind Enemy Lines", plus the expansion pack, "Beyond the Call of Duty") installed fine in a win98 bottle, as recommended earlier (CGX 8.0, OS X 10.5.8, Core 2 Duo MacBook w/3 GB RAM and GMA 950 graphics). The game also installs and runs within a winxp bottle too. The only thing that doesn't seem to work are the training videos, accessed in the Tutorials section of the main menu. However, the videos themselves are .avi files that can be accessed in the videos folder of the base install folder of the game, so you can easily view them outside of the game at your leisure.
As noted elsewhere, performance is a little sluggish at maximum resolution at fullscreen (1024 x 768), though this is likely a function of the underpowered nature of the GMA 950. Fullscreen mode has a very annoying white bar across the top which doesn't hinder gameplay, but is an aesthetic annoyance; I worked around this by playing in windowed mode by using the "Emulate a Virtual Desktop" feature in winecfg, set to 1024 x 768.
If there were someway for me to get rid of the annoying white bar across the top of the screen in fullscreen mode, this game would garner a gold medal from me, as otherwise, the game plays and runs just fine (hardware constraints notwithstanding).
