Command & Conquer: The First Decade Forum

The installer installs just like it does under vista, the only problems i have found so far are, tiberian sun wont run because it can not find the cd. Red alert 2 plays but at a reduced speed, at times it seems to run at full speed if only for a few seconds at a time. Renegade plays almost perfectly, the mouse dont work right away until you move using the keyboard, then everything seems to work great, the game runs very fast and i have not seen any glitches as of yet. After i finish renegade and red alert 2 i will comment on the other games in this release.

I have had no luck trying to run the Command & Conquer: First Decades Generals and Zero hour. It tells me please insert correct disk. Even though the original disk in there.

Well i had the same issue with more games in the decade version: Yuri revenge,( even after a no cd patch, it needs (on the mac) a cd (doens`t matter wich/what) mounted to play it, or you get the same thing, haven't get tiberian sun to work with first decade dvd (the 2 cd version works fine).
