No Intro/Main Menu just the cursor

Hi,
got a problem to play Red Alert 3 on Crossover 7.2.1. I was able to install the game and activate the license without problems. After the directx workaround the game starts but nothing more. I don't get the intro or the mainmenu, i only got the sound. If i cancel the intro i get the Red Alert cursor but the menu is not displayed.

does anyone know a solution for this problem?
