Installation Issues

I am trying to install the Command and Conquer: Theater of War version of Red Alert 2 to no avail. I have tried using the disc, as well as all the executables I could find on the disc to install, but nothing works.

Edit: When I try using a Windows 98 bottle I get a message telling me to turn off my debugger, which is an improvement from nothing at all I guess.
