Needs .NET v4.0

The newest version of Comicrack requires .NET v4.0 to run.

Older versions of ComicRack can be run with .NET v3.0. I've managed to install them in CrossOver Professional without problems, but when I try to launch them, they immediately throw up error messages and the displays are garbled. I don't know enough to tell if you can get them to work with some tweaking.
