Crossover office not creating KDE menu entries

I've installed Crossover Office Pro & Standard demo on a number of occasions (trying to get different non-standard apps to work, another story...)

On the first three tries it created menu icon and subdirectory entries in kmenu no problem.

Now, for some reason, I am COMPLETELY unable to get the install (sh or rpm) to create KDE 3.3.1 kmenu entries (I'm running SuSE 9.1 Pro).

How did this happen, and what can I do to fix it?
