Self fixed - Can't load a save

Civ 4 worked very well without any problem. But when I load a save, it crash...

Using Crossover 9 Beta.

Someone here has the same issue?

EDIT : fixed - memory error know on TF2. It's coming from Steam and it's a graphical bug.
