Error message on Crossover Games v10.1.0

Hi fellow Civ 3 lovers :)

I am running the installation, it seems to be going fine, then an error message comes up-
'Error installing iKernel.exe: (0x1400)'
But the game appears to install normally.

Then when I try to run the game, it says 'Problem starting game' and that's it.
Is this what has happened before? Any explanations?
