citrix client Engine error - wfica32.exe

Hi,

Can any one of you, please provide solution for the following problem.

when tried to connect to the citrix presentation server using citrix client(ver 7.1), encountered an error stating
"Citrix ICA client Engine has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the incovenience".

Please let me know if this is because of any incompatibility of the client version and let me know how to check the server version.

I don't have a copy of that version to test. Do you have a download link?

Are you trying to connect to a desktop or published app? Are you using TCP/IP or TCP+HTTP? or HTTPS?
