Bought Copy using steam however it doesn't work with CrossOver Games, any help?

I bought a copy of this game using Steam, however when I installed everything and when to open in it I got an error message saying:

Can anyone help me with this/tell me what's going on? I dropped (for a poor college student) a lot of money on this game and CrossOver, so I'd greatly appreciate the help!
