i have crossover games, an i have also the original cd of cities xl 2011 but when I install the game in the space devoted to "select an application to install" there isn't the icon of that game

Follow the instruction :D
You will need to install it as an 'other application'. Crossover does not officially support this game (which is how most games are). This doesn't mean it won't work, simply that there is no pre-built set of installation instructions (and that the game might not work, depending on its needs and dependancies). You will also need to install DirectX into the bottle. (You can install it in the same way; just search for 'DirectX', and install it.)
