You need Crossover Linux 10, versions 8 and 9 are not working.
Install in a new Windows XP bottle.
After installation: Change bottle from Windows XP to Windows 98 in order to get a working print dialog (Crossover -> Manage Bottles -> System Settings -> Wine Configuration -> Open Entry -> Tab "Applications" -> Choose Windows Version -> OK -> Close Manage Bottles Dialog).
