chemdraw 8.0.3 ultra install fails

error message for installs simulating NT, 2000, XP:

"1607 Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime"

then quits.

for 95, 98:

invokes InstallShield, IDriver.exe, then fails saying that InstallShield was interrupted, hangs with IDriver.exe cmd window open.
