Champions Online doesn't install

I runned the Installer with the version 9.1 on Mac.
The downlodaer starts but crashes.
What can I do?

EDIT: i followed the guide but it downloads at 0.01 kbps

I've tried to install the full client but it's stuck in the launcher with the "Loading. Please wait..." screen
