Carbide installs ok, but does not run

I just installed Carbide.ui yesterday. Installation completes ok but Carbide gives an error at start and does not run.
I'll try to add the pic of that error later on.

Which version did you install ? and where to get latest one ...

BTW, S60-SDK-200634-3.1-Cpp-f.1090b.zip seems to install, but complain about perl missing...
