I'm running the 64-bit version of Ibex (Ubuntu 8.10) and while the trial version of CrossOver gets my Canvas CD installation program running, the installation fails after I've entered my Canvas serial number, the Windows installer has accepted it, and I click to confirm the installation.

The installer window immediately goes away, the CD doesn't even spin, and the log is one long list of errors, beginning with:

I would buy this product in an instant if I could get it to run Canvas, but...

You should open a trial support ticket for this issue. Just reply to the email you received after downloading the trial.
